The best homemade copycat Domino’s parmesan bites recipe
Now if you have been around the site for a while, you will know how much I love a takeaway and this Domino’s parmesan bites recipe has to be up there with one of the best. They are so easy to make, they would be the perfect appetizer or as part of pizza night side. Either way, they take a matter of minutes to make and pop into the oven.
My all-time favourite takeaway is Domino’s Pizza, you just can not match their pizzas and their cookies, well if I could perfect their chocolate orange cookies at home, I will be one very happy lady! We are almost on first-name terms with our local Domino, I think.
In this recipe, I use store-bought pizza dough, however, you can use homemade pizza dough if you would prefer. If you are looking for a pizza dough recipe, check out this really easy one from Jamie Oliver.
These little nuggets of Domino’s Parmesan bread bites are sure to wake the taste buds up with their smack of flavour. If you want to give these a go, read on to find out how.

The only thing I would say is to watch out for the size of these, they should come out as bite-size pieces (though mine were huge).
Does it matter if I used homemade pizza dough or store-bought dough?
Nope not at all, do whatever works best for you. The method is still the same as the simple steps above. I just wanted to make my life a little easier and use store-bought dough. Either one will give you the perfect side of your pizza.
What are the best dips for Domino’s Parmesan bites?
Personally, I like mine with the marinara sauce however, if you want to mix it up a little here are my favourite dips:
- Garlic and herb, preferably Domino’s!
- A healthy dose of garlic butter
- Franks Hot Sauce
- Warm pizza sauce
- BBQ Sauce
It is all down to flavour preference really, for me, I love garlic and this dish with garlic butter and garlic salt hit the spot. You can balance it out a little though with one of the sauces above.
How to store your Domino’s Parmesan bites?
If you do not finish them all (though that is a challenge as they always call you back for one more.), leave them to cool completely and then store them in the fridge in an airtight container. To reheat, bring to room temperature and then warm through in the oven for a few minutes.
