I was going to say that I would try beans filling, but after reading your inspirations post, I would make a beans and cheese fil!ing.
Cheese without a doubt, enough so it oozes out, then smoked sausage and sweet onion chutney. These look great, I saw them advertised on Facebook and have wanted one since.
