Do you need a slow cooker to make fudge?
The simple answer is no you do not, you can do this recipe in the slow cooker.
The alternative way for this is to cook it in a heatproof bowl in the microwave and stir it at regular intervals until it is all melted and combined.
How do you store your fudge?
Once your fudge is set and cut, make sure you store it in an airtight container. This can be kept at room temperature or in the fridge for a couple of weeks, but, it won’t last that long!
If you are making these as a gift, they can be gifted in cellophane bags and they will keep well as long as they are securely sealed.
What equipment do you need to make slow cooker fudge?
Slow cooker – I used this Morphy Richards hinged lid slow cooker and love it. I take the lid off for cooking this and it is out of the way.
